Terms of use

The directory

Listings are factual summaries checked against each builder's own site at the time of verification. Businesses change their services, areas and ordering paths; a listing is not a guarantee, endorsement or warranty of any builder's work. Always confirm price, warranty, lead time and service area directly with the builder before paying a deposit.

No ratings

This site publishes no star ratings or user reviews, by policy — see About. No listing position is sold, and alphabetical order is the default order.

Submissions

Submitting a business does not guarantee a listing. A listing may be edited, marked not yet verified, or removed if it no longer meets the inclusion standard.
